When I was 23, I applied for a job I thought was perfect for me.
I practiced interview answers late into the night and felt sure I would succeed. When the rejection email arrived, it stung more than I expected — I questioned my worth and my path.
But over time, I realized that “no” wasn’t the end of my journey, it was just a detour. Two months later, I found a position that suited me far better, and now I look back on that rejection as a gift in disguise.
